Here are some additional points on our process:

•Production Packages: We offer several cost effective production options. Ask one of our Producers about Production Packages. With a production package, you will receive multiple commercials. Your Producer will work with you to develop a plan and timetable that best utilizes your production package.

•Your Producer: will oversee the entire process of creating your commercials, from start to finish. The Producer will answer any and all questions you may have concerning your project.

•The Pre-Production Process: You should think about what it is that you need to convey in your commercial? At the creative meeting, you and your Producer will discuss ideas, marketing objectives, company features/benefits, call-to-action offers, target audience, current media strategy, etc.

•Script Approval: Your Producer will work with you to create the right script for your commercial. Your signature ensures that we have met your expectations; it is our policy that clients approve the scripts(s) prior to shooting. Note: changes made to the script after script approval will be subject to an additional charge.

•Talent: If speaking talent or professional acting talent is needed, we suggest a professional talent search through a talent agency. Your Producer will coordinate the talent search. All professional talent is an additional cost added to our discounted production rates.

•The Shoot: On your designated shoot date, the Producer and/or crew will shoot your commercial according to the approved script in the time frame associated with your chosen Production Package. Unplanned and/or additional shooting will be subject to our hourly production rate.

•The Edit: After the shoot, your Producer will assemble and edit your spot, then send you a copy for your approval. You will be allowed 1 re-edit at no charge.

*Note: any re-edits outside of guidelines of the approved script are subject to additional charges.
